TED Support Web offers technical support services for its members as a "My Page for Designers" that provides information useful for designing, such as providing up-to-date technical information to customers who design products handled by Tokyo Electron Device and registering training for acquiring design methods.

You can also view technical manuals, distribute up-to-date information, and download documentation for purchased products from TED Support Web.
We provide a "Technical Hotline" that receives technical questions for customers who have purchased inrevium board products.
